Just, you know, defunct.

I couldn’t afford my hosting anymore, and when the domain name expired it got snatched up by viagra.

I’ve spent the last few months figuring out what the hell I wanted to do. I hadn’t been happy with the story for months. Years, actually, if I’m being honest. Which is why pages took forever.

And here’s what I’ve come up with.

A reboot.

I’ve already got the outline completely written, and have been working on character (re)designs and better backstories that make more sense and read less like the naive little girl that didn’t realize how racist her surroundings were that I used to be.

I’ve set aside all other writing projects for the remainder of the month to flesh out the entire book. All of it. All 10 chapters, plus prologue and epilogue. That means outlines, plotpoints, scripts, layouts, and thumbnails. By August, I’ll be working on the last of my concept illustrations. Backgrounds. Maps. Background photographs.

By the end of September, I should have enough of a buffer to start putting pages out.

In the meantime, how many readers did I have that I haven’t utterly betrayed or heartbroken? I’d love to hear from any and all of you, even on anon. I just want to know you guys are still out there.

Updates to come at least weekly.
